By accessing or using heicfy.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
heicfy.com provides free browser-based image tools (conversion, compression, resizing and metadata removal). All processing happens locally in your browser; your files are never uploaded to our servers.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with files that you own or have the right to process. You must not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or use automated means to abuse it.
4. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the files you process. We claim no ownership of your images or of the output files. The Service itself — design, code and branding — is owned by the operator of heicfy.com.
5. Paid plans
Optional paid plans may be offered to remove usage limits or add features such as batch exports. Paid features are clearly labeled before purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase are honored in full.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that conversion output will meet your requirements. Always keep backups of your original files.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of heicfy.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. As files are processed on your own device and never transmitted to us, we bear no responsibility for data loss resulting from your browser, device or software.
8. Changes to the Service or terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these terms, at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page with a new date.
